For as long as I can remember I have had a profound passion to help others and to watch them succeed. My main focus has always been in business. After graduating from business school, with a degree in Accounting and Finance, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the best in my field, including management positions in real estate, office and housing leasing, beauty and cosmetics, restaurant, dry cleaning, and chiropractic. If it involves balancing a budget, data entry, accounts receivables/payables, income taxes, loans, or 10 key calculators, then I’ve probably done it. One of my very favorite jobs was working at a prestigious private Christian school in management, where I was afforded the opportunity to help and inspire so many students. I’ve always loved business and it was a thrill to help others start their own businesses and to inspire them to also become leaders in their field. Currently my husband and I run a farming business here in Missouri.
I’m also heavily involved in ministry and have been so blessed to spread the Word of God and have done philanthropic works in prisons, nursing homes, hospice, and rehab facilities for troubled teens. I’ve also worked with Alzheimer, mentally challenged, and Cancer patients. Though that part of my career was very difficult, it taught me so much about life and the importance of it, and it also gave me a heart to want to reach out and help as many people as I could. I’ve had the chance to inspire and to motivate others in many different places as a Motivational Speaker, especially to youths. I’ve also had leadership experience as a Health/Fitness Coach, where I got to work with some of the top people in the business, so I guess you could say that I’ve been afforded the chance to do so many things that I’ve loved doing because it always involved helping others.
In my spare time I love to write, and I’m currently working on my first Christian based novel. I also love journaling and blogging. I’ve done some free-lance writing projects as well. Some of the people that I’m inspired by are John Maxwell, Zig Ziglar, Maya Angelou, Tony Horton, Dr. Charles Stanley, and C.S. Lewis, Zac Poonen, and David Wilkerson.
