My name is Regina Swarn. I’ve been a Vegan since 2001, and eating healthy, plant-based meals has worked wonders in my life. I felt that it was time to share with you a very healthy, and manageable eating plan. I’ve seen and heard of way too many friends who developed, and passed away from, major diseases. Although I’m Vegan, I’m not here to pass judgement on anyone. I’m here to encourage others to take care of their health, and to be conscious of the things they put into their bodies. This is not a diet. This program is about learning to replace the bad foods with the good.
I want to also add that this is not a juicing program either. It’s for the people who wish to eat more vegetables, but don’t know how. Believe it or not, I’ve had many people make fun of the idea. They speak about all their bad food choices, in my face, as if to show me ‘I’m going to eat what I want.’ This program is only for people who wish to live a healthier life, and regards and loves their body as God’s temple. Eating vegetables and fruits will fight off major diseases, keep your weight down, and give you more energy.

Try it for 6 weeks. If you exercise and drink plenty of water, I promise you will see an overall change in your life. Don’t look at this as a diet, but look on it as a way to know that you’re taking charge of your health from now on.

Things You Will Need

  • A Blender
  • Fresh Fruits
  • Fresh Vegetables
  • A Well Made Up Mind
  • Start your day off with a delicious fresh fruit smoothie. Some people like doing fresh cucumber, lettuce, etc. I suggest you use whatever works best for you. To go along with your smoothie, eat a sensible breakfast.
  • Things To Avoid
  • Refined Sugar
  • Excessive Salt
  • Greasy Foods
  • Snacking on junk foods (candy, chips, etc.)

Let your snacks consist of healthy natural sugar treats (bananas, berries, peaches, etc). Any kind of fruit is a natural sweet, and much better for your health.

Avoid snacking on unhealthy junk foods throughout the day. Prepare a healthy snack for yourself (keep in mind that you can eat all the fruits and vegetables that you want). If you want a sweet pastry, pie, ice cream, or cookie, just remember to eat it in moderation. Be sure that it’s not loaded with sugar.

For Lunch and Dinner (Do the same)

When mixing your fresh veggies and fruits, add a little water or ice cubes.

This is really all you will need to get started. And remember, this is not a diet, nor is this a juicing program. This is a lifestyle change that will last you the rest of your life.

Be sure to stay active and to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
